Leadership Team Development
In addition to individual coaching, Betsy also has broad experience developing leadership teams both in the US and internationally. In her role at Coulter Corporation, and Beckman Coulter she designed and implemented several leadership development programs including:
- A five-week program that built bench strength in a cadre of 26 high potential global leaders and prepared them for the role of Country Manager.
- A one-week program that aligned over 400 managers with a new corporate strategy.
- A three day program, incorporating assessment and feedback, that was designed to facilitate the integration of 130 mid-level European managers.
She has also developed numerous management teams at Beckman Coulter and helped them to improve their capacity to value differences and turn conflicts into productive dialogues.
