Betsy Cole, Ph.D.,President and Founder
Betsy has more than 25 years of domestic and international experience in the field of leadership and organization development.
Prior to founding Cole Consulting Group, she was the Director of Employee and Organization Development for Beckman Coulter, Inc., a global biomedical testing company. Before that she held human resources positions at Coulter Corporation, Jackson Memorial Hospital and Amerifirst Federal Savings and Loan in Miami, Florida.
Betsy holds a Ph.D in Human and Organization Systems from the Fielding Graduate University, an MS in Education from the University of Miami and a BA in Sociology from Wellesley College. She is a certified Integral Coach and received her training from New Ventures West. Betsy is also trained in Circle Leadership and she is Vice President of the Life Planning Network.
